The room was clean and tidy with good basic facilities. Stayed in a room for two - there was enough spare space for a second arm chair, and probably a small take, to make the room even more hospitality.

The first room was lovely, large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Down side is the rooms get very hot very quickly, no air con and the fan hardly cooled it down as well as with the window open.
The woman that checked us in was so wonderful, very polite and friendly. We also stayed an extra night it was after 12 our mistake for leaving it last second but she was so helpful and we ended up in the family room. The family room was A LOT smaller than the first room we had and I was honestly surprised by that. The mattress that’s stored under the main bed had stains on it, looked like it’s never been cleaned let alone touched.
Location wise is good, 2min walk from the town and there’s a nice turkish restaurant by the main entrance of the hotel. Only thing I would recommend is i wouldn’t walk around once dark or during the night though.
Over all we would stay here again but for a shorter time.

If I could give 0, I would . Place is filthy and when I got to my room With my child there was a used condom on the floor .so we left . Oh and they refused to give me a refund and after I spoke to customer service via email they offered me 20 quid as a gesture of goodwill and still refusing refund even though I didn't even stay there . Avoid thos cesspit at costs unless you want to catch a disease

Hi I booked a room there for Sunday I went to book in and the man behind the desk was very ignorant and unhelpful to both me and my child who has special needs I would never book there again Alex is his name avoid this place at all costs he has no manners horrible man that man should not be working there he has 0 manners very upset with the whole experience shocking please do not book here as that man Alex is so rude and horrible

I would never stay in Peterborough Central Travelodge ever again there was a acting manager Alex and was very rude to his customers and staff I would never in my life stay there ever again anyone thinking of staying in Travelodge Peterborough Central avoid very bad place to stay and Alex was ver horrible to people and he should not be working there as he has no customer skills and the beds were very uncomfortable you would be better to stay in a hostel.. disgusting place

Staff pleasant enough but company is letting them down massively. No card machine for the rooms. This is the second time i have stayed and same issue. Company will not buy a new card machine. After 6 hours of traveling you get to your room for your card to not work so have to go back down to get let in your room everytime. The rooms are clean enough but only one set of pillows so if you dont like a hard pillow your in for a poor nights sleep. Rooms are very warm window always open, my fan was broke set at speed 1. Got locked outside for 15mins on the morning as i couldnt get back into the building until a smoker come out. Parking isnt the best as one thats near hotel is max 12 hour stay. So be careful.

Nice rooms, there was some hair in the bathtub but other than that, everything was clean and tidy, very warm with full amenities. However I was disappointed to have to pay for WiFi. The area however is not nice to stay in, obviously not the staff's fault but if you can afford somewhere else that's a good idea. Staff were a little dismissive but overall helpful and efficient 👍

The room was nice, clean and Morden. The lad who checked me in was nice and polite, sorted me out with an iron and ironing board, which was good. My room came with breakfast, but it was one of those breakfast boxes, which wasn't bad but wasn't great either but did the job. There's not any parking or a restaurant associated with the hotel, put plenty of places round the city centre to eat. I wouldn't go out after dark tho as Peterborough seems a bit unsafe in the dark...

Good value for money and staff was welcoming. Bed was comfortable and TV actually works! The toilet was a little low down and I bashed my elbow against the sink many times. £100 for 2 nights is a bargain!

Everything was good, just the entrance is terrible and there is practically no parking except for the high street. The ladies at the reception deserve a special mention as they went out of their way to help. Over all great value for money.

Never go to this Travelodge they are rude and no respect especially the manager she walked in on us naked cause we overslept by 20 mins and then got rude and called police for no reason don’t go there they are rude this business should be closed down

Came back here to do Kings Lynn. It's had a makeover, but wouldn't recommend it as it's really noisy especially in the room 220 as you have the boy racers constantly driving up and down with their noisy cars. Again the room was absolutely warm
Was a stop off place before we headed to King's Lynn. Staff are really friendly. Would recommend it. Rooms are clean, only downside was that the room was really warm xx

The room wasn't bad but could have done with air conditioning . Staff friendly and check in OK. The main problem was the race track outside , noisy cars tearing up and down all night , not easy to sleep with that racket going on well into the early hours.

Bit of a emergency stop here.
Location and price were reasonable but wouldn't rush to stop here otherwise. Staff friendly enough and room clean and tidy but corridor had a definite smell of a "good time" being had. Parking not ideal but was ok from 6pm to park on street

From the moment we got to the Travelodge it was hell trying to find the parking was like going on a roundabout seeing if we had missed it and ended parking in a short stay car park where we had to get up early to put enougher ticket on the car. After we got in we couldnt use the key cards which was a slight issue but not the biggest one, my friends stayed in one room and me in another my friends rooms TV didn't work all it did was make noises and static all the time, in my room the duvet was not on the bed as it was hot so understand however we had no spare pillows so thought we would use the duvet when we got it out of the bag the smell hit us it was horrible me and my partner were both gagging as we had never smelt anything like that before as we looked we saw yellow patches and the duvet was damp all over it clearly had not been cleaned and honestly made both of us so uncomfortable to stay in the room and now we didn't know if anything had been cleaned. For the money I spent I was having rather just slept in the car.

Felt intimated the moment I stepped into the building, member of staff was very very rude to us asking us personal questions we didn’t want to or need to answer. Room was super hot, loud fan provided little sleep for us. Bed gave us both back ache. Refurb is nicer than it used to be, can’t expect much better rooms from a Travelodge.

Do not stay here. Rooms are ridiculously hot. There is no air con and it is like a sauna. I checked out in the middle of the night as it was horrendous. To top it off the front desk have no capability to process refunds and just provide you with a number to call. So I am sure that will be a battle in the morning trying to get money back. Shocking hotel.

I have changed rooms twice since being at the Travel Lodge. Only because guests can only be in the same room for 28 days if any guest needs to be situated there, possibly long term. What could be the case with myself due to housing and the council having to be held up.
The rooms and service are absolutely excellent.

No air conditioning, just 2 cheap and tired noisy fans. Our room on the top 4th floor and
boiling hot from the moment we arrived to leaving. Pay a little more and stay somewhere decent.
